Real inputs, honest labels
Our curated BMW validation (W.10) uses real phone photos — never reference assets as customer input. One hero row (269075-10 front) is buyer-demo acceptable; other angles may show needs_review when guardrails detect unreliable contact or scale — that is quality protection, not failure.

Quality protection
needs_review is a safety mechanism
Floating cars, unreliable contact geometry, and weak angles are flagged — never retouched into fake showroom perfection. Dealers see ready vs needs_review clearly. We do not weaken guardrails for demo optics (W.9 no-fake-ready rule).

Showroom options
Three styles planned
MVP targets three dealer-facing showroom choices. Today's W.9 freeze ships the bright premium BCG template stack first.
Bright premium BCG
Current W.9 freeze — scene-specific templates (front, 3/4, side, rear) validated on real BMW inputs.
Dark premium showroom
Additional template variant for dealers who prefer low-key studio lighting.
Neutral studio
Flexible grey-studio look for marketplaces and multi-brand lots.
Branding
Logo and watermark
Planned for Phase X.3 — dealer logo on showroom wall, optional export watermark. Requires engine version bump beyond W.9 freeze; not silent patch.
Privacy
Optional plate masking
Planned toggle for listing polish — mask license plates on export when GDPR or dealer policy requires it. Optional per project; not MVP blocker.
Usage-based pricing
Pay per car processed
Credits per guided vehicle set — no time-unlimited subscription model. Polish B2B invoicing path (Przelewy24 / PayU / Tpay) planned; manual pilot credits first. Payments positioned for PL dealers, not card-first SaaS checkout.
